Patriots TE Gronkowski out with head injury

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was declared out of the game after suffering a head injury in the first half of Sunday’s AFC championship against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Gronkowski did not return after he was hit in the head by Jacksonville’s Barry Church late in the first half. A 15-yard penalty on the hit helped the Patriots to a touchdown. Gronkowski was unsteady as he walked off the field and to the locker room.
Earlier in the first half, Gronkowski, who was injured and missed last season’s Super Bowl run, became the NFL’s all-time leader in postseason receiving yards by a tight end
